How often do you ship parcels?

Once a week, and we ship all our parcels by regular non-trackable Airmail if nothing else is ordered.

 

Can you send my parcel by Recorded mail?

Yes, please book it here! We recommend this especially to countries outside Europe EG, USA, Canada and Australia. But also if you have a history of not receiving your parcels where you live. We do not take responsibility of missing parcels shipped without tracking number. Please remember to send us your phone number for this option.

 

How long does it take to reach me?

Shipping takes 2-6 business days to Europe EG, 1-3 weeks to USA and Canada and about 4 weeks to Australia. Count on 1-5 weeks outside those areas to be sure. 

 

Do you make other sizes/colors than the ones in stock? 

When it comes to the clothes; No, we only sell in-stock items. We are closing down our business. With other things, please ask.

Do you make custom orders?

When it comes to the clothes; No, we only sell in-stock items. We are closing down our business. With other things, mostly yes.

 

Do you take returns?

No, so sorry! We no longer take returns. We are closing the business so soon that it no longer makes any sense for us.
